  Ms. Hoang Thu Huyen (LLB, MBA, BSc)

  Founder & CEO

  Huyen, the Founder and Managing Partner of Asia Business Consulting, has more than fifteen years of experience in corporate structuring and formation, legal, tax and business management advisory, tax planning, finance management, project appraisal, and other issues related to both local Vietnamese and foreign investors in Vietnam.

Before founding Asia Business Consulting, Huyen was the Country Manager Vietnam for an international consulting firm for more than eight years and a business consultant for a leading local legal firm which is ranked one of the Legal 500 Asia Pacific. During her service in those companies, she has gain much experience in helping many multinational companies from the USA, Canada, European countries such as Italy, the UK, Germany, France, Sweden, Switzerland, Denmark, the Netherlands, Hungary, etc and other countries in the world to establish their presence and operate in Vietnam.

Based in Hanoi office, she is in charge of operations throughout the country. She has been managing a number in-house lawyers, tax and accounting experts. International and local companies wishing to establish operations in Vietnam have approached Huyen for a direct consult on investment, legal and tax issues.

Huyen is also a guest speaker in many seminars and events focusing on foreign direct investment and relevant regulatory issues. 

Huyen is a Bachelor of Business Law at Hanoi Open University, Bachelor of International Economics at Foreign Trade University, and an MBA at National Economics University. 

She can speak English and Vietnamese.
